,#1 This place is giving me the run around on replacing my car hauler flat bed that the operater in the grapling hook crane bent my trailer right in half blowing both axels shackles and bent both axels and the main rails on my trailer basically totalling my trailer I talked with the supervisor that day before I left and he didn't want to take care of the damage his operator did to my trailer he told me to go get a quote to repairing it. I told him look dude my trailer is totaled and a repair is going to be far more expense then it will be just to pay me 1500 for the trailer right now and I pull the tires off and he can at least get some of his money back in scraping my trailer. He said no he wanted me to get a quote so I went and got one right down the street that day. I took the quote back the following day and was met by this same supervisor and his supervisor and the main supervisee told me that the quote I brought back was not good enough that it needed a letter heading and to be more professionally written out and that he needed 2 quotes from 2 separate companies . So now I've finally gotten that taken care of that wasn't easy to get done because they had to come to my place in Hartsel colo. To give me quotes . I couldn't take it to them because I barely got it home the day it was totaled and couldn't risk it causing me to have a accident on the road ways and I'm very lucky that I cot it home without no wrecks. Now I'm ready to send in these 3 quotes and I'll see if they are going to make good and pay me the 1500 I am wanting that is way cheaper than the quotes I got for repairing my trailer. It's going to cost me every bit of 1500 to replace my trailer and actually more than that. And they are getting off real cheep . And if they don't want to take care of it then I will take them to court with my pics I took the night before I left my home that shows my trailer is not bent and I never would have taken my load to Denver 80 miles from my home on
