On October 4, 2023, I placed an online order from Little Travelrs’ website for three pairs of “Little Travelers” sock shoes. They were advertising a promotion with paid Instagram Ads “3 for the price of one”. I reviewed the company website and everything seemed legitimate, there was a phone number, US based address and they even were connected to Shop for easy checkout and order tracking. Order #**** I received a confirmation email of my order immediately following the transaction and my debit card was charged the $29.95. The company also emailed me a free “mystery gift” for placing my order, it was a PDF of a report called “Mastering Potty Training and Developing Everyday Skills”. On October 30, I had not received my shoes and send an email to ************************** requesting an update on my order. I never received a response. I tried calling the advertised phone number on their website and on the order email, ###-###-####, but the number is not on service. I noticed the company has a message about longer than expected delivery times. However, the order tracker still shows my order as “processing”, we does the Shop app, it has never loved passed that status. The company has a contact form on their website, I submitted a form around November 3 and emailed the company again on November 9 informing them I was going to file a BBB complaint if the matter wasn’t resolved. I’m not as concerned about my $30 as I am the fact that this company is preying on moms with their advertising and not delivery if a product. Even today when I went to their website, they’re offering a free pair of shoes, you pay shipping. It’s an absolute scam but the website and marketing are very professional.
