Absolutely worst customer service and they ramp up their auto shipments. Email is not valid so to even get customer service is a nightmare. Some products are amazing but they are literally banking on customers not paying attention to their charging/shipping practices. They NEVER refund and I had to call the bank to dispute an item that was never ordered. TerriblezReview from KC C

I have been ordering their liquid collagen for over a year and when my product did not arrive, I called them and they told me there was nothing they can do about it and they would not refund my money. I would not continue to do business with this company.Review from Malikkqua C

I understand that my returned package has already been received, but Im concerned that I still havent received my refund. Terrible, I was fweling sick all week on the 5 day drop Which consist of Taking four different products at a time daily. I was nauseated, dizzy, bloated and had gas. I told the lady who sells it that I was not going to take it today, Which would have been the fifth day. I stopped taking it and have felt better and even had an appetite. There was no appetite while I was doing it.I had to force myself for those two hour feedings. After telling me this, she wanted to sell me another product and I was like h*** no. What is wrong with these people? Just take it as some people Are okay with taking it and some people aren't. I don't think any of the products do anything. I think it's the way you eat..... There were no benefits To the products I could have lost the same amount of weight, two pounds, if I had done it without the product and felt better. I would not waste my money ever again on any of their products. All they want to do is sell a bunch of c*** for an expensive price. Modere products are expensive, I did not lose a thing. It has no effect on weight loss as they promise. They had a computer update and sent 3 times my order which was ****** more than my paycheck taken out of my bank account. Called which took forever on hold told I was told to refuse the package. I refused the package from Fed Ex it was returned to my house three times. I emailed requesting a return label they do not provide a return label. I had to take it to the ************* and pay ***** to send it back to the Modere ************** No refund received. I called again on hold 57 minutes finally spoke with a representative to receive the refund. What a huge hassle. Very unprofessional way to run a business.Modere, Inc. Response

Modere products are pricey and has no effect on weight loss as they promise. Also they have a return policy which is within 30 days and if you write to them after trying the product for 3 weeks, they strategically drag their feet for another week so you miss the return timeline on product. Thats how they make their money and they charge a lot for few ml of the product. Be aware and dont loss your money for anything but headache .Modere, Inc. Response

Modere tells you one thing and then switches up. They shipped product to me when I asked to cancel, then I couldnt return it, even though the entire box wasnt opened AT ALL. Business does not care about customer service or its customers, just the money. Extremely disappointing.Modere, Inc. Response

August 7 I purchased this product quickly with 100% guarantee that the lady told me where to drop my pounds and I also said it was a healthy supplement replacement which intern turned out to be unhealthy that I had to do extensive research finding out how much c*** they put in this stuff. Its false advertisement it didnt work at all. In fact, I gained weight. The lady was trying to tell me to keep the product more and more each week and each week I was just getting fatter. They told me in order to get my money back Id have to send it back which cost me $***** for shipping of which they never said I would have to pay as of now I havent received my $175 plus the ***** for shipping. This is a bad product dont purchase it and the ingredients is not healthy as they claim I want my $175 back plus the $***** that they need to reimburse me. They guarantee this would work and thats the reason why I originally ordered this, whats crazy is Im not the first person that is saying this. It made me feel sick even taking it every morning Wayover priced with no results.Modere, Inc. Response

I got a fraud alert from my bank that informed me that the company Modere was attempting to put a purchase order through and my bank declined it. I had to fix that situation with my bank because they put a hold on my card. As soon as I got the card off of from being put on hold Modere ran the purchase again and the transaction went through. What happened was I put the Collagen Liquid Skin Biocell in my cart without realizing that it was a subscription in which I do not want. I then cancelled the subscription and called Modere to get a big run around. I aske the customer service representative as to why the transaction was run through again if it was declined in the first place and the subscription was cancelled. He said yes, he seen the transaction was cancelled but he thinks that it might be too late to cancel because the product was already shipped. How could it have been shipped when it was declined the first time and when I seen that another transaction was made by modere I immediately cancellled. so, the product was in my cart since the beginning of the month and then all of a sudden on the 23rd a payment comes out? He then tells me that I will receive the product and can return it or refuse the package. How the h*** do you refuse a package when it is delivered without your knowledge when they leave it at your mailbox? Then, you have to pay to send it back. Come on now. You know this is not a good way of doing business and getting peoples money. I did not want the product in the first place and now they kinda make you pay and get stuck with it.Modere, Inc. Response

Had random people that I didn't know adding products into my cart! Contacted customer support and all they could offer was suggesting I change my password. I did so 4 times and STILL had strangers adding product into my cart. The girl I bought from and her upline had to contact support on my behalf and were finally able to get my account canceled, but I am still wary that someone may have had access to my personal information. Will NOT be creating another account with them. Their customer service is extremely lacking.Modere, Inc. Response
