First contact November 10, 2021. Andrew with Woodys met at our house with Rooter Wizard to run a camera through our outside sewer line November 17, 2021. Andrew sent us a bid Dec. 6, 2021 (attached/uploaded) and a revised bid Jan. 12, 2022 (attached/uploaded). Andrew said in order to secure the permits with Holladay City and to get us first on the Spring schedule he would need 50% down. We wrote a check for $6,973.00 on Jan. 6, 2022 (check transaction attached/uploaded). Agreed work would begin once winter rates were expired. March 11, 2022 Andrew started to not communicate by phone or text. Kept apologizing - Days would go by until we heard from Andrew. On March 20th he text late telling us they were going to start the job on Tuesday March 22, 2022. Monday the 21st he text my husband Kerry telling him he would finalize details and then nothing. Woodys/Andrew was a no show and would not answer any texts or phone messages. (We have all text exchanges filed for reference if needed.) My husband left a phone message with Keith B***** the owner on March 28th and also a text message (attached/uploaded). No response. My husband contacted John at Holladay City and no permits had been applied for. My husband went to Woodys business address and no-one answered the door. Several Woodys heavy equipment and trucks were there. At this point we would like our full deposit back as no work has been done and Woodys has gone silent.Initial Complaint

On 12/05/2018 Woody's plumbing replaced a sewer line from the end of the driveway to the street. It involved digging up a section of the sidewalk and a section of the driveway. The concrete was replaced. Within 2 years the section in the driveway sunk. My contract specifically states a 5 year warranty on the work. In December of 2020 I began calling the office to report the problem. I was assured that Andrew Twomey would come out and look at it. After numerous texts and phone calls, the section of the driveway was replaced in October 2021 but it resulted in poor quality and a broken curb. As soon as the first freeze came, The section sunk again and the curb on the side crumbled. Once again - numerous emails and text to Andrew. Numerous promises. To date neither the office or Andrew will return calls. The cost was $9225.00.
