      Initial kitchen installation was moved back over a month without us being contacted. We called two days before the installation to find out an estimated start time, and were told our kitchen was over a month late. If they were considerate enough to let us know when they knew, we wouldnt have removed our old kitchen so soon, which caused us a large inconvenience and additional expense. Kitchen installation began October ************************************************************** February 2023. Many visits to replace/fix things were needed, and on one occasion even the owner was going to come and fix things, but didnt show up on the day he said he would, without any communication even though we took the afternoon off work to meet him. K4 are as inconsiderate as you could imagine, without any regards to additional expense or inconvenience they may cause to you as a customer

      We have all ( especially in construction) dealt with employee and supply issues for the last couple of years. Fortunately, things are getting better as far as those issues are concerned these days. The Tricketts were notified that there was a delay initially. We were told that the kitchen had already been torn apart and at that time we did everything we could to expedite the manufacturing process. The installation process did not go as smoothly as I would have liked but their kitchen was back to working order before too long. As the owner, I took it upon myself to see they were satisfied with the final product and complete the final details myself. I did not miss any scheduled appointments. My last trip to the house I spent ours adjusting doors to his satisfaction, then to be told he wasn't going to pay the final invoice. The Trickets have not paid for the balance in full and we probably wont get paid for this job. 

      We have been in business for many years and serve all sorts of customers. I realize some people demand more attention than others and that's ok. It usually balances out. It has been a tough couple of years and any negative feedback on a business that strives to have customer satisfaction really hurts a company. You can look at our reviews and see we have a great reputation and we would like to keep it that way.

      Our company is based on customer service and we strive to make sure every customer is satisfied with the end product.

      I am rejecting this response because: the response is unfortunately filled with untrue statements. We have documented many missed and unsatisfactory appointments, especially the appointment on 07 DEC 2022 when my wife took the afternoon off from work to meet **** who was supposed to arrive at ****pm. At ****pm we contacted the salesperson who said **** would now arrive at ****pm and at ****pm he still hadn't arrived so we informed them we had to leave. 

      I repeat my original statement that we were not told about any delay to our kitchen until two days before the installation was due to begin when we reached out to confirm a start time. Nobody from K4 ever contacted us to tell us about the delay. If we were told in advance, we could have delayed the removal of our kitchen, but due to K4's complete lack of customer care, we were left without a kitchen for many weeks.

      I strongly resent their slanderous comment that I said I wouldn't pay the remaining invoice. The reason I have contacted BBB is to help us come to some resolution over this. I want K4 to act responsibly and take some accountability for the months of misery they put my family through and the additional expenses we incurred due to their lack of communication and consideration.
