July 10th i paid Jason 2500. To remove a tree in back yard. He told me he would bring a crane the next day and did not. He brought in a guy to climb and cut by pieces this tree which fell into the back of my building and took bricks off chimney. The soffit, fascia, gutter and side of roof came down with telephone and electric wire. He left and I called daily. He did not come back when he said he would. Finally he pinned wires back up but didn't repair massive damage he caused. The wires are back on ground with gutter, soffit and fascia all down in yard.I've been trying to get ahold of him. He doesn't return calls. He answered my call on 12-28-22. And said he'd come fix it. He has not. He replied to a text that he'd fix it on several occasions. I had Jasson B****** owner of Big City Trees Experts remove two large trees from my property. I also paid to have the stumps ground out. I wasn't aware I had to remove the mulch from the grinding so after I got it cleaned up I found the stumps were only partially removed. I called Jasson and he said he would get his guy back to my house. I waited about a month and text Jasson, he kept telling me he was busy but would get it done, I asked him for a partial refund just on the grinding which he refused. After several texts over a course of 12 months, the last one being September 17, 2021 I am filing this complaint and considering my options.Business response

To whom may the concernI jasson B****** owner of big city tree Experts.I'm responding to ***** complaint about the tree service we had provided for in back in 2019 we had removed two very large trees and stumps as well when I initially wrote the bid out for ***** I had explained to him that I would be grinding down the stump as low as possible 8-10 inches deep and that is about as far as are stump grinder would allow us to go and that we would leave all chips because it does help to kill off the stump as well as the roots. He was completely fine and understand of the process after completing the job I had my stump guy come by and stump grind the stump out and he was completely happy with what we had done and even called to thank me again for the work and was very happy.Over time I'm assuming he dugout the mulch and seen that there might have been some stump left below surface witch then called me and asked to come back out as I told him we would but with the busy schedule and time frame we had not made it out there to other paying job on the schedule in the northern area of Utah we find it hard to get back down south with my crew so busy in other ares.We as a small company take pride in what we do in taking care of are customers we hope to find a resolution to solve the problem or make things right.If any more questions or concerns please feel free to contact me at *** ******* or ###-###-####Customer response

If the business would like to contact me, I am open to that. My goal is to have the stump grinding completed. I've received bids from other companies and am considering renting a machine and attempting to do it myself. However, I feel like I paid for the service, and it should either be completed, or a partial refund given so I can get it completed using other means.
I have attached two pictures showing the stump is above ground and very uneven making it difficult to do anything around it without proper removal.
