      Purchased an item through Camofire's Amazon store where they very clearly advertised free returns, however when attempting to return the product, they charged me for the return and refused to refund it.

      These people have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They are horrible when it comes to how they treat their employees. They sit there and act like they allow growth, and all these things and IF they even promote you after months and months of "proving yourself", you only get a .50 raise for extremely hard work and then a week later take away the promotion and give it to someone who hasn't even worked there for 2 months without even saying anything except "oh you can't come to the meetings anymore because we gave your job to this person" they have people who have never ran anything in their life hired for lead positions. And they discriminate against people with injuries I left because they do not care about their employees. And they'll lie constantly straight to everyone's faces I do not care what they want to think they treat the hardest working people like garbage just because they "come in later than what we want" even though they state in the paperwork. "As long as you get your hours we're flexible on when you come in" people could do 5x as much work as 6 different people combined and it's not recognized or even appreciated and they don't follow anything they're supposed to. They just do whatever they want and if it'll fill their pockets some more then they're happy. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A CAREER ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS LINING THEIR POCKETS AND BARELY PAYING THEIR WORKERS A LIVING WAGE.

      I splurged on a mystery ranch pack. Just my luck I had a wildfire breakout in my area and within a day we were under mandatory evacuation of course on the day my package was to be delivered. I was worried it would be sent back since Fed Ex would be unable to deliver.I spoke with ***** in customer service. Within 10 minutes he had my package rerouted to an alternate address. I have ordered quite a few things from Camofire and Black Ovis and delivery has always been timely and items as described. And in this case customer service was phenomenal.

      Camofire / Blackovis have the most pathetic customer service support. I ordered a jacket from Camofire that was clearly depicted with a photo that showed it was the new version of the coat. They instead sent the old version of the coat, which I did not want. So I wasted my time shipping the coat back to them. I used the return label and provider that they selected and provided. I have a receipt showing that I sent it back and both myself and Camofire have the tracking number. I shipped from ******** to their return facility in ****. It has been over 6 weeks and the tracking number has stalled out, but they REFUSE to issue a refund. WTF?? How is that even legal? All over them sending me the incorrect item. I will never order from these muppets again.

      ******, we have enjoyed having you as a customer since 2010 with over 25 orders. We appreciate your loyalty for so long. We apologize for the omission in our listing of the Stone Glacier jacket which Stone Glacier would never discount unless it was an older model or discontinued. We should have clarified that on our listing. We always refund customer returns when they arrive to our building. We are equally frustrated with ***** who after 5 weeks has yet to deliver this package with tracking ******************** which clearly shows they have dropped the ball. Even still, we always refund customers regardless, even with the package never arriving to our warehouse and we apologize that you had to be more patient than normal. Good luck on your **** this year and in the future.

      I appreciate the response back and finally issuing the refund, but very disappointing that after SIX weeks it had to take me filing a complaint with BBB to get this issue resolved. Nevermind the counties emails and calls I made. I understand Stone Glacier is rarely discounted, but don't post a photo of the new version when advertising the old. Lastly, thank you for acknowledging my long history of past orders, but you will not get any more business out of me. I will never order anything from Camofire OR blackovis and will make sure I discourage anyone else from doing so as well. I'll take my business elsewhere with non atrocious customer service.
