This is the worst experience i had ticket from ******** to ***** with ethiopia airlines and from ***** to juba with Kenyans airlines but they don't let me out because i didn't buy ticket from ethiopian airlines so i had to reschedule my us embassy interview and loss both tickes and i had to buy new air tickets from ******** to ***** round trip in order for me to leave the country i was there for police report. The worst airline for customer service and response time. My mother had a flight from ***** to ******* scheduled on August 17th, 2024. I got the ticket after Ethiopian Airlines promised a unique service " meet and assist". This program was to assist older adults who need special care.However, on the date of departure, airline officials refused to let my mother board, claiming that she needed a companion, as she was incapable of flying alone. The airline officials claimed a medical officer had ruled she was not capable of flying all by herself.The airline initially denied her presence at the airport at all for her flight. Late on, it changed its story by saying a medical doctor declared her not capable of flying by herself. Since August 17th, 2024, the airline has not refunded the ticket's cost, and no one has contacted me despite having my detailed contact information in their database at the time of purchase of the ticket. I have formally sent a petition to the **************************** to look into that matter. PLEASE STAY FAR FROM ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES. ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.Review from Fatou T

Please please save your money! If you get into any issues you’ll get nothing but the run around! I went to the location in Jersey because they lost my mom Luggage and he had the nerve to tell me I would I have to go to Africa to resolve the issue. My mom was there for 3 months and went there everyday and nothing. They told her they would reach out to her and have not! This is shit show of a business and I d k how they’re in business smh I’ll definitely will be looking into a lawyer to retrieve a refund for their lack of accountability smhReview from Siegfried P

If there is a ZERO, that will be my score. I booked tickets for my family in November 2019 for 2020 summer vacation. Then Covid hit. I have been calling Ethiopian Airlines for refund and they have been giving me a mixed of information till some time in November 2021, I saw a note on their website about my situation. First, I am disappointed that they did not communicate directly to me as a customer, second, they provided me with an email address and telephone numbers that are not responding. Till now I'm still due a refund of 2019!!!
