Yes Career Coaching and Resume Writing Services are top notch. Very, prompt in responding to your needs and questions. Very professional. I first used their services for a federal resume. They did a phenomenal job. I did secure the job. Most recently, I reached out to them to add the current position to the resume. Once again, a phenomenal job. Money well spent when investing in your career. I even referred them to my daughter and a family member. Daughter already had a promising interview and has been referred to the next level up. I was looking for a career transition. I've been in my career field for years in a managerial role and didn't know how to write my resume to expand beyond that, so I looked online for resume writers for federal jobs. I read reviews of YES online and they were great, so I submitted my resume on the website and got a call back the next business day. Everyone's been kind and courteous. I also like the setup with the website. I didn't know what to expect at first, so I appreciate the layout of the website and how the resume is written. The thing I appreciate the most is the customer service. Any time I needed an edit, it was done within 24-48 hours. The way the app lays out the different tabs is helpful—you simply go and answer the questions. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't have known where to start. How awesome are they? I sent YES this email after I got my resume and cover letter: "Just wanted to say thanks again. I just submitted my application, and I still cannot believe how helpful your resume format was. The self-assessment format was updated from any other application I have done and required me to point to areas of my resume where certain KSAs were described. Because the new resume has the headings for these areas all in caps, it was super easy to respond to the assessment. Using my old format, it would have taken me hours and, honestly, I probably would not have come close to hitting the mark for most of the questions."

My situation before looking for resume writing services was that I was getting emails and calls for a lot of different positions, but I was feeling like I wasn't targeting or attracting the right group of companies. After YES helped me update my LinkedIn profile aligned with my targeted position, I started getting more attention and emails from recruiters. Additionally, coaching sessions with Michael and Katherine helped me a lot. I received valuable advice and recommendations from Michael throughout my job search and career transition. I may use YES services again in the future, depending on my future professional goals. In addition to YES resume writers, Maggie and other assigned staff dedicated a lot of time to listen to my needs to make the necessary changes and edits to my new resume and other purchased writing services. If I had known about YES sooner, I would have worked with them sooner. I worked with another online resume writing services company in the past, and I wasn't pleased with the final product, but I am recommending YES to people I know now.YES Career Coaching & Resume Writing Services Response

I was in a job that did not have much opportunity for advancement and unsure how to move forward at the time that I decided to find a resume writing service. I had applied to a few positions on my own without success. YES helped me with a resume, a new LinkedIn profile, Interview Aikido, and coaching. The experience was very positive overall. YES staff members are helpful and organized and helped to keep me motivated. The new resume and LinkedIn profile, as well as the coaching sessions, improved my confidence and helped me to focus my efforts while giving me tools to stay on track. I recommend their services for individuals who need a new and more professional resume as well as a shot of confidence. Looking for a job is still hard, but I feel like I have somewhere to go for solid advice and feedback.Review from Amanda S

Jessie did a great job explaining the process. Their resources are excellent and great for someone considering a career pivot. Michael was super kind and helpful when I showed up to my first session and threw a curve ball having landed an interview. Their program for exploring strengths and considering career options was very helpful. Highly recommend!
