Contacted for dog training before our second child is due. He never showed us any paperwork with addresses and talked at length of his fellow employees or the “training center”. Called us out of the blue after zero communication in regards to my dogs training asking for us to take them back as he had an urgent family need. After he arrived back and dropped the dogs off with us with an apology he has completely forgotten about us. Turned his phone off for weeks now and is ignored his commitment to service. At this point he is untrustworthy of watching dogs since he collected his money and disappeared for weeks at this point. This is what the court system is for as I will be either getting reimbursed in full for his fraudulent claims or will use legal assistance. If the guy says he has employees and a 24/7 facility I can’t understand why my dogs needed to be returned and then zero contact after that. Typical scam artist who took advantage of someone desperate to have their dogs trained when they were 2 months from having a second child. It’s fraud plain and simple.

As of today Sept 7th , 2022 still no communication from him . He is running a fraudulent business by taking your money and not following through with his services and refuses to communicate with his clients once he is confronted!!! Do not use this business!!!

Contract was finalized on June 22, 2022. Paid $1000 as a deposit for dog training, via Venmo. My friend *********************** paid his in full $1685.00, with a check. Now the trainer and company can't be contacted. Arrangements were made to pick-up my dogs on June 27th at 10:00am. The first time was set for June 16th; however, the trainer changed due to his girl friend having Covid, time was changed to June 23rd. June 22nd trainer asked to change pick-up to June 27th. We both agreed. On June 22nd, Dashawn J************ bank called ****************** asking to clear check early, normal 10 day hold. We agreed since Dashawn called and claimed dogs would be almost completely trained by then. Trainer reached out early the morning of June 27th stating he had an emergency and wouldn't be able to pick up dogs until late evening. Last contact with him was at 11:38am, stating he would have one of his staff pick dogs up at 12:30pm. That was the last contact with him.

I bought services from this individual and he decided to try to cancel/reschedule. The refund process was unclear. I decided it was best to ask for a refund and after further conversation he offered partial refund even though I should have gotten a full refund and still have not received a refund.

I booked a training with ***************************** so that he can train my dog. I paid $700 through apple pay to secure my spot. My dog was gonna do a board and train with him for two weeks. He was supposed to leave on February 5th, 2022, On that day I reached out asking what time I can leave my dog didnt hear anything. I received a call later on informing me that he had to deal with some personal issues, so we agreed to reschedule for February 8th, 2022, Once again I reached out because I didnt hear anything from him. Later that day his fianc reached out me informing me that he had an accident and would reach out to me when he was able to. February 15th I received an email stating he was gonna refund me my money back the week of. I asked when will this occur? Didnt get a response back. Its basically the end of the week and havent received my money back or any response. I want my money back, and for this business to be known as scammer and unprofessional.

On August 14th I paid Challenge Accepted K9 Training for on board puppy training to start on August 17th. The morning of August 17th, the owner reached out wanting to reschedule training due to family emergency and would resume training August 22nd. August 22nd we met to begin said service. August 24th he stopped said service due to his apartment flooding and said we would resume once moved into new apartment. From August 25- September 6th there was zero update on service status renewal. I reached out Sept 6th for an update and was told he was moving into his new apartment Sept 7th and we could resume Sept 8th. Sept 7th I received no update or confirmation on said service beginning. In response I asked for a refund Sept 8th for the extreme and consistent delay of said service in which he acknowledged and agreed upon. Waiting 5-10 business days I then reached out on status update on refund on Sept 18th. I received a response Sept 20th claiming he had to call the system he uses for his business. Sept 22nd he informs me that he will be sending the following refund VIA cash app on Friday Sept 24th. Sept 24th I reach out on the status on refund and receive no response until Sept 26th. Sept 26th he asks to send refund in increments 200/300 at a time, in which I agreed. Oct 10th, 2 weeks later I reach out on first increment payment status update. Oct 11th he responds stating he'd be sending 400 the 15th and the other 400 the following Friday. Oct 15th he sent the amount of $100 via **** *** and claimed he would send the rest once home- in which he never sends. After asking for a status update every day after he responds Oct 20th stating he will send money periodically as it comes in. i requested the remaining balance be paid Nov 1st and he refused to pay the rest for personal reasons. This is an unacceptable response and I believe the following business is fraudulent.
