      This company needs to be shut down. They hold records for ******, cash the checks, and REFUSE to send records until you've called them 6 different times and proved that they cashed the check. Once you FINALLY receive the records, they are out of order and pages are missing. Nobody that works for them actually cares about their job.

      Verisma Filed a simple request to obtain medical records for when my child received treatment at Pittsburgh PA Childrens Hospital. 2 months of pure hardship, aggravation, repeated unanswered requests, frustration, delays delays. After 2 months of stupidity, I get sent an email to download medical records with a cost due to their ignorance and incompetence. This company SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HANDLE MEDICAL RECORDS. **********************************> I am in the process of seeking legal help to sue them for 2 months of pure hardship, aggravation, repeated unanswered requests, frustration, delays delays because this has had a direct impact to my son's entry into the military.

      I made a request, paid the money, tried to download about a dozen times over several days, submitted multiple requests for help. Request filed 4/17/23. As of 5/11/23 no report, no response, nothing. I am going to contact my Charge Card company and report this as fraud. and get a refund. This place is a scam. Do not use. If I could rate as a minus star, i would post minus 5 stars.

      I wouldn't even give one star! The worst company I had to deal with in my life! So unprofessional! I could just scream! The medical records I have been waiting for months and paid for, got lost in the mail!!! 2000 pages of confidential documents! How can a package with that amount of paper get lost in the mail? Why do they send out something like that as a regular mail and not with a tracking number???? We don't live in a 3rd world country !!! This is supposed to be the US Postal service! Or maybe they have never sent anything? This is UPMC and Verisma! When HIPPA is so important everywhere, they don't pay attention to something like this? I just don't get it!

      Has been well over a month still no medical records have been sent.Holding me back from getting started in my career in the air force.Cant even call because when i do it asks for an invoice number ive never received.Have emailed multiple times with very vague and non helpful responses.All i want are my records this is absurd.

      I had to wait two hours before someone picked up the phone. and it takes them forever to send records to another doctor.

      This company refuses to follow HIPAA compliance. 3months+ for records still not received. The request was cancelled by Verisma due to 'authorization not being signed' reached out many times to customer support and provided signed authorization, showed that it was originally signed and still have not had records processed or released.

      Phone calls/ emails to customerservice are never answered. I don't get it. Why does Dignity Health even deal with them? Status has been "Ready to Distribute" for a while. Just wondering if there is something I am supposed to do to get results? Now my tacking co is invalid. WHY??? Please respond....

      If you enjoy a company that, as a matter of course, makes you wait on hold AT LEAST 45 minutes each time you want to talk to a human, this is the company for you. If you want a company that doesn't call when they say they will, forcing you to call them and subject yourself to an hour hold time, this is the company for you. If you need medical records, or help answering a question from a real, live human, this is NOT the company for you. If you want a company that is even remotely concerned about customer satisfaction, again, not the company for you. For a company who deals in important things like medical records, it's amazing that this absent-company who routinely gets things wrong is still in business. Hopefully more people start logging these complaints because Verisma is a disservice to the countless people who, by no choice of their own, are forced to suffer under Verisma being the third party company that handles their records. 1 star cuz you can't leave 0. Or a negative 5.

      I have spent two weeks trying to reach someone...anyone...to follow up on a request for records for disability eligibility determination. I have about 10 hours logged so far...all on hold. No one ever picks up. I emailed about it and was given a code to use to look up the status. When I entered the code I got an error screen. I have been emailing about that issue for 5 days with no response. Considering the importance of records, this company should be shut down! No one should have to struggle like this.
