Overall very poor service. Don is extremely non responsive and greatly lacks follow through. The communication is the WORST, they will only respond when they desire to and even if in the middle of a project, they will tell you a lot of misinformation about timing. I had hired them to run new electric throughout an hold house. The folks doing the work were good and very helpful. But Don did not communicate the plans that were given to him several times and discussed on multiple occasions. That lead to delays and having to walk each person doing the work back through what needed to be done myself. The absolute worst though was Don's failure to work with Dominion Energy on getting the new service line run to the where the panel was being relocated. Don only called once and never followed through. This cause MONTHS OF DELAY in the project and when I spoke directly with Dominion Energy, they gave me documented proof of the communications and lack of responses from Don. Even though Don denied this repeatedly, written documented proof can't be argued. To make the matters worse, even though I called constantly just trying to get updates, Don would not call back, he avoided my number. When I called from a number he didn't know he would answer. The utmost worst service. I would highly NOT recommend using Quality Electric, terrible service and complete lack of accountability.
