I requested two services from this company - a ***** facial and a scrub. There are multiple ***** facial services but I did not specify that I wanted any premium or deluxe service. I wanted the basic ***** facial. The company charged me for the most expensive premium item on the list without ever confirming by email or in person the service that was being provided. They attempted to offer a $25 gift certificate for the "misunderstanding." Yet the price difference in service is $175. Every upscale salon have been to has sent me a confirmation email of the service I will be receiving with the prices prior to services rendered. They never did that nor attempt to clarify which facial service I was requesting. They just decided to charge me the most expensive option out of all of the options. This is robbery. They claim they default to the most expensive option if the client doesn't specify however I'm a first-time client. How can a first-time client expect to be charged the premium service if not specifically requested?
