Purchased a membership online to this service for a single payment of $49; the process is automated. I got a message saying that I should have received two emails: one being the invoice and the other one being the login credentials. I only received the invoice (and the credit card was charged). I checked my junk folder and waited a while and then sent an email to the contact provided asking to resend. I waited another 24 hours and then sent a second message. Then I got a failure to deliver warning from the email service. There's no phone listed for the company. I also posted on their online blog, but have not received any response yet. Supposedly there is a ************** but the group is either closed or non existent. If I try to use their "forgot your password" link I get that my email is not registered in the system. At this point, I don't know whether there is any recourse and truly hope this complaint can help me get a refund.
