We had a great experience with Craft Kitchen and Bath remodeling our Master Bathroom. The designer spent a lot of time coming up with a design that we would be happy with and paid attention to small details. The cost of the project was reasonable compared to others. The crew on our project was super detail oriented and very good about keeping the rest of the house clean while working and cleaning up after themselves every day. My bathroom was the least loved room in my house but now I absolutely love walking into it! I am extremely happy with the results!

E.AMBAYE Craft Kitchen & Bath did a remodel of My Kitchen about a month ago. I wanted something fresher & modern, I talked to Karen, the Designer, a very Plesant, amazing person who took. My vision and changed it to reality. She is very well experienced on her Job,Very patient, Pleasent & Understanding. On the other hand, Faith, Rambo are all excellent workers too.& an asset for the company. Rambo is super, & an excellent worker. He is a plumber, electrician, a kitchen specialist who made My vision comes to reality. I would certainly recommend. Craft Kitchen & Bath of Virginia to anyone. Craft Kitchen and Bath did a remodel of my Kitchen a couple months ago. The kitchen was the original layout from the 80s. I wanted something newer, fresher and more modern but with the limited space was not sure what could be done. I worked with Karen and told her what my vision was. She was amazing. She took my vision and made it a reality. She has decades of experience, and it shows. I could never have imaged the makeover she accomplished. Faith and Karen were constantly at the house monitoring and ensuring everything was done according to the initial design. I would highly recommend Craft Kitchen and Bath. And can not express my gratitude enough to Karen and Faith for their never-ending attention to the project.Craft Kitchen and Bath Response

I spent 40K for a new kitchen and overall I found their services unprofessional. Two years later, I still have problems with the floor. Tiles continue to separate. They did come earlier to fix the flooring problems at least two or three times, but after they left additional problems reoccurred. since I only have a two year guarantee on the floor so now this ihas beome my problem. Their crew was also unprofessional. I came home one day and found my internet and cable disconnected. I had to contact their electrician a 11:00 pm to come in and fix the problems. One of the workers came by unannounced to work on a counter. He started banging on the door madly for several minutes and scared my 11 year old son who ran and hid. My older son fortunately returned from school and addressed the issue. Given these problems I would not recommend this company due to their unprofessionalism.Review from Camilla K
