  I paid this company ls August. never signed or saw a contract. Hired them do to a walk-in shower for my disabled son. Plus I paid for the tile and they didn't even get a door. They worked for 2 weeks. Showed up late would work for only a few hours. In that time they would leave to get a part they forgot or lunch. Plus three days of that two week they never showed up. The time they didn't call or show. I called the company to see if there was an emergency and she said no. I talked with someone else who had the same issue. Of them not showing up. I leave over an hour away and I dont think they like the drive. Now I had to go hire another company.

  Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/03/23) */ We have completed *** of the required work and only had 2 days of work left when she said she did not want us back and that she was not going to pay us. My guys showed up to work on her bathroom and no one answered the door or the phone. They left to do another job and came back later and again no one answered the door or phone. We I talked to her later that evening she said that she had told my guys that the door was unlocked but that was for one day the week before. We do not just walk into peoples houses without their permission. I tried to work out a resolution with her and she just kept hanging up on me. I left several messages and she never called me back. The last message I left her was for her to please stop hanging up on me and talk to me so we could resolve her concerns and complete her job. I will not go back to her job once she said that she was not going to pay me and I will not refund her any money. She only paid a *** deposit and as I stated we are *** complete with the work and only had a couple of days left. We will loose money but sometimes you need to cut your loses. This person is very unreasonable. Business Response /* (4000, 12, 2022/03/28) */ We always perform quality work on everything we do. The hardest part of the job was done. The only thing left was to finish installing the tile & grout and install the cover plate for the valve and shower head. All materials were lift at the job site. They left a a mess I paid 3600 plus the tile They also told me they were going to start the project ealy dec 2022. They didnt show up until Feb 21 2022. They worked 3 day out of five. On those days they only worked a few hours and would leave for lunch. I had to hire another company to finish but they are worried its going to leak becasue Access without limits didnt check for leaks. I reached out to the company and i recieved to answer. Thanks Sho
