  They have had my car for the last 6 months to repair after an accident. The estimate from the insurance company says they were supposed to use new leather seats and they did not. They have not been forthcomming in why it's taking so long for repairs. They have now sent my car to an outside dealership as they can not fix something that is wrong, but I don't have an honest reason as to why or what. They did not even tell me my car was going to a dealership for further repairs I found out when the dealership called me because they have my information associated with my car. The repair shop had told me it would be 2 weeks, then I got a text from the dealership saying they had my car scheduled for an appointment a month from then. I confronted the insurance adjuster, who says he's really good friends with the shop owner, and finally was told there was something he couldn't fix, that was 2 months ago... My car was in pristine condition before the accident, the estimate says my car will be returned to same condition, as you can see by the pictures this is not pristine.

  we have worked unbelievable with this vehicle since it came to our shop trying to find a a that kinda part and fjnally twe had to give to a dealership unknowling as of that vehicle was totlex. Is why my team has done everything we could to repair . Her insurance company finally totalled the vehicle . We stand by our customers even when we have e trouble finding parts and are short handed but still ma y ppl come back. Really sorry we lost many months on her vehicle for me to ha e to defend my shop? Well you can't fix what isn't fix able and we I did everything she is saying I didn't. Sorry it came to this. Sad we also ha e photos of before how dirty her vehicle was? Would you like them posted? Or I. Court?we also have the insurance company who comes and goes anytime anytime knows I need er lied.he got out of his vehicle ms ***** would pull up not leaving her vehicle. Just letting you k own how my business is ran.any Custer us called and adjusters and re tal car agents come daily.  Thank you wes and Tami William owners of wwautobody we run owe business by name not by advertising says alot.
