      If ever there was a business deserving of zero stars, this is it. You can not trust one single thing that the *** McKay sales team says. Dont waste your time even calling them - ************* is just down the road and far more competent and professional. Below is a summary of my experience: My sales **** *******, quoted me a price for purchasing my car, after discussing it with her manager. The price, of course, is subject to final inspection of the car. Her manager, ****, who was incredibly rude and arrogant and confrontational, revised the estimate down by $8500. Yes you read that correctly - they offered EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS less. Maybe youre reading this and thinking surely the car must have been a clunker and leaking every fluid possible. No, not at all. The reasons I was given were as follows:1) tires needed replacing - which I had previously told *******, and was told had already been factored into the estimate that she provided via text message. Apparently, ******* neglected to tell **** about that. Rather than being professional and saying let me discuss with *******, must have been a miscommunication on our end, **** simply said well I didnt know about the tires so this is the new price. I then went and brought ******* in to join the conversation, and she confirmed to both me and **** that we had discussed the condition of the tires previously. You would think, in a customer service focused business that that might change something - but no. That didnt change one thing - neither in the amount offered, or in Matts terrible and unprofessional demeanor. And, even if the tires werent factored into the original offer, a) they sure as h*** dont cost $8500 and b) we could have worked out a new deal, less the cost of the tires, had **** chosen to be professional and courteous and offer a reasonable new offer price. 2) the mileage of the car - again, something they knew before making the initial offer price

      Sold a car here a few months ago, and I still feel taken advantage of. I posted a review on google, and afterwards, the Preowned sales manager, sent me texts messages cursing me out and calling me names. The Jim M**** Difference....I believe there is a racial element as well, if I was not a minority, I do not believe the preowned sales manager would have spoken to me like that. Regardless, this is the Jim M**** way.....

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They sell 100% LEMONS. You’ll see if you look back that I posted a great review of this place less than a year ago when I bought a used hybrid Chevy Tahoe. Within FOUR MONTHS the engine was bad. Spent $6k on repairs only to find out that BOTH the engine and the battery were completely gone. I called the dealership and asked them to help somehow; they offered me next to nothing on a trade-in if I was willing to buy a $38k car. Worst part—after purchasing on a Saturday i came back the next Monday to pick up tags. The sales manager saw me walk in with my three young children, knowing I was a school teacher who was making a huge financial investment for my family. At first he got wide-eyed and said that the car wasn’t safe for the road and shouldn’t have been sold. He had me leave it for a couple of days to “fix” it and clearly someone told him not to say anything, because when I went back he said that the car was never unsafe and that he just wanted to make sure it was perfect for us. He 100% KNEW it was bad and let us buy it anyway. This dealership doesn’t care about its customers at all.

      Jim M**** really fell off the deep-end. I used to get honest estimates on services such as oil changes and alignments from this dealership. However, I brought in my 2019 Camaro SS for an oil change and was given an estimate of $149.55 after they checked up on my car. I approved the service expecting the actual cost to be somewhat close to the estimate. Instead they wanted $200 (a 33% increase from the estimate) and gave me a discount for a total of $181.86. So I called Denis G******* (the service advisor assigned to me) and he told me that the estimate was for an "average Camaro". That is extremely misleading. I gave them my car that they checked up on just to give me an estimate on a lower end version of my car. They recommended other services such as an alignment, brake fluid flush, brake pad and rotor replacement, engine air filter replacement, cabin air filter replacement, and fuel/air induction system service. I can't imagine what the bill I would've been stuck with if I agreed to do the other services with since they gave me an estimate based on an "average Camaro". I am extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency and honesty on how much the actual service would be. It makes me wonder what else they aren't being honest with.

      Came in to drop something off to my husband who is now a former employee and had Sam N. hit on me inappropriately after I told him I was there to see my husband. Regardless if I'm a true customer or not, you don't enteract with people walking into a business like this.
