The people who work at ***, are, not only professional, efficient, prompt and knowledgeable they are also very kind. I could not be serviced for several days after my initial quote, so, they sent over a technician to set up a portable conditioner immediately. Thank you to all the staff who work so hard at ***, and to their supervisors and managers who set such a high standard.Review from Michael L.

They were great when I needed them to fix my AC in a pinch on a holiday weekend. However, they quoted me $74,000 to replace the **** system in my **** sq ft house. That is blatant price gouging. I am a younger homeowner and I think they were trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge and experience. I got several other quotes for the same service and not one went over $10,000. Additionally, the salesman was rather pushy and wanted me to sign something the same day he gave me that ridiculous quote. He called to follow up a few days later and pushed back when I objected to his price. I would steer clear of this business.Review from Rick P

OHA is 1st Class Outfit Great Service & Excellent response time!!! To Start...I never write Reviews ! I live in Fairfax Va and needed immediate HVAC attention during Snow Storm/COLD spell last week. Rebekah quickly put me in touch with Brian (General Manager in NOVA) who took the time to understand the situation. He found the part and located his tech on the way back to VA ( 6 hr drive) from New York. The Technician (Robert) was at my door early the next morning and replace the part and had the unit running in 1 hour! He was early, polite, clean cut and professional! I won't bore you with all the details but Brian cut through the red tape of ownership/warrantee etc. and got the job done No Charge! I'm a big loyalty/relationship guy when it comes to business and Brian and OHA proved they are as well. Needless to say they earned my future business away from the Big Guys who we usually see in this space! Well Done Guys! Thank You! ****
