On 03/11/2023 I paid $123.78 to send package through *** to my son who is serving on us military base in ***********. Store clerk searched the provided address in their computer and told me that package will be there in 7 days..on March 16th I received voice mail from store saying that package has returned and cand be delivered...because *** do not deliver to ***********.. I drove back to *** store and was requesting refund since I paid for service I didn't receive and I was notified by one of the employees that they do not refund money. I refused to get my package back..I will get full refund of $123.78 or they have to deliver as promised.Customer response
