I ordered the Elderberry Syrup on-line on either 10/19 or 10/20 of 2023. The amount for $66.76 was taken from my credit card on 10/20/23 as you will see. (attached) I was supposed to receive (2) jars of the Elderberry Syrup, however; I still have never received the order. As you will see from my e-mails that I have tried to get the matter resolved. All I want is the product I paid for or my money credited back to my card. This has gone on now for almost (4) months. No one from the business has tried to contact me or to resolve this issue. My husband and myself have both called the phone number and left messages and also sent texts to the phone number. (###-###-####) Sometimes the phone mail is full and you're unable to leave a message. In one of the messages I left, I told them that their website may not be working properly, however; it is still up and running (as far as I can see). I was going to leave a bad review on ******** and tell of my experience, but I don't have a ******** account. I've asked my daughter to please go in and leave a bad review for me, (of course using my name), but she recently had a baby and has her hands full. I feel like the matter should have been resolved from the first email I sent or the first phone call I made. Hopefully, this is a fluke and other customers have not had to experience such poor customer service as I have. I appreciate your help in resolving this matter. It is a good product, but the customer service has been terrible!!! I really would just love to receive the two jars I was charged for back in October of 2023. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
