I was loosing radiator fluid in my truck and I was topping it up all the time until it finally overheated. I stopped immediately and took it to another repair shop. They said it was fixed but it lost fluid immediately. I took it to Thomas Diesel instead in ********** and he stated it needed to be rebuilt. So we had it rebuilt in October last year and was billed on October 21 but received a text on the 27th that you still needed to finish it. The bill was for $15,826.93. As soon as I took it home the radiator fluid was still missing and was told it will take a bit of time to normalize. Not long after my breaks jammed up and were replace on Nov 23 for $1,016.83. I was still having the problem so left the truck with them on Dec 29. It took till Feb 2, 2023 to repair the heater core line ($1,048.26) and supposedly fixed the leak. I was still communicating till June 16th explaining the leak and even stopped by the shop. He said that it could be the block or something but the engine was rebuilt. I rarely use the truck because I need to always add radiator fluid before the trip and sometimes during the trip. After paying $17,892.02 I expect to use the truck. I really don't need it anymore as my house is finished building but I cannot sell it to anyone while it is having this problem.Initial Complaint

I took my vehicle to this business for making an odd noise, they kept my truck for over 1 week. They finally called me and told me they could not find anything wrong at all. They then proceeded to ask if I wanted to have an oil change and tire rotation while the vehicle was with them. I said sure. I went to pick my truck up on Friday 10/7/2022. They charged me $224.85 for an oil change and tire rotation... which is way over priced. I have never in my life paid that much in labor for those services. I did not argue and paid the bill kindly. After getting into my truck a notice a terrible smell (feline urine) which was not there when I dropped the truck off with them a a week prior. I figured out that the smell was coming from my passenger side floorboard where I also had a rental textbook laying. Under and around the textbook had a visible wet stain and smelt very strongly of urine. I also noticed I had a cap missing on my back right tire where you put air in. I immediately called back with my concerns. My first thought is that the windows were left down and unattended and a stray cat or some type of animal had access to the interior of my truck. The owner Braden tried to tell me that I could have a leak in my window or door (which has never been a problem before) and that I was more than welcome to come by for a tire cap. After taking the weekend to try to get smell out (which was not a success), I called back Monday morning 10/10 and asked kindly if there was anything he could do for me (help pay for detail...etc.) , for I was very un happy with the service and did not think it was fair, given that I have spent that much just in order to leave with a filthy truck. He got very rude and hostile over the phone and tried to tell me that my vehicle already smelt bad prior to dropping it off with him, and that he had never left any windows down. He was very unprofessional and sent very rude text. I got my truck detailed on 10/11 and I am still unable to remove smell.
