I was in Henrico ** visiting in the area ,so I chose this Chinese from the Yellow Pages , it was late in the evening so close to closing time. I purchased 2 combination dinners for for $19.95 , I was 20 minutes away, so it took me a while to get there and the person waking called me 2 times to make sure I was coming. I got 2 old egg rolls and some old dry rice that had been sitting all day. I have never had anything so unappetizing so I was truly surprised. Initially I called for an apology, or informative session with a Manager , she called herself ******** , and she gave me a very superficial, unconcerned , apology. I'm requesting a full to partial refund because of lack of concernCustomer response

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This letter was a bunch of baloney, and lies. My complaint was about old food, she claimed it was over 20 mins old, I'm certain it was a couple of days old. I was hungry that's why I ordered the food ,and was not equipped for hold it over night to return it to them the next day. I will never return , and make sure that others know the food is not good.

Any unsatisfied order should return at store. Refund or Replace.
All the items are fresh made after customer ordered.
What we can do is, offer you a discount for your next order, I know you don't want it.
Cash refund not gonna happen, unless the food is bring back.
Sorry for inconvenience.
