Purchased a replacement pergola cover for our outdoor pergola on September 10, 2022. I received an email shortly afterwards stating the burgundy color cover was on backorder for 6 months. I inquired on March 8, 2023 and was told it is still backordered for another 6 months. I requested a refund and was told it was in processing for 3 months. I then requested any color of the pergola cover would work and as of today August 16, 2024 haven't received a cover or refund.Initial Complaint

I purchase a seven foot inflatible Philadelphia phanatic on 10/13/2023. The item delivery date kept getting pushed back. I was okay with that because no one had this item in stock and the delivery dates for another site was *** of 2024. But then *** passed and the delivery date was pushed back to June 30th. I paid in full through Klarna so the business has had the entire amount of $224.95 since April 19, 2024. Now the company has stopped communicating with me through email and my telephone message has not been answered.Initial Complaint

On July 26, 2023 I placed an order with My Bounce House for Sale for a 2 person hot tub at ******. My credit card was charged on July 27. They promised free delivery within a week.I was then told it was on backorder and I should get it by Sept. 15. Then I was told November 15. Then December 15. When I asked for a refund I was ignored. They claimed to have the same item but with a different color trim. When I said they could send that, they immediately sent me an invoice for *****. In early January I noticed the BBB revocation of their "good" status. Even now, when I told him I would be filing this complaint they simply told me it was delayed but they did have the ones in "stock" for ***** more.This "business" is just a person who drop ships from a manufacturer. The address listed on their website, *************************************************** is a mail forwarding service called Traveling Mailbox LLC. They still have the BBB logo on their website showing them in good standing.I have sent countless emails and have asked repeatedly for a refund to no avail. I would appreciate any help you can provide.Customer response

The company has not responded to me at all. They still have the BBB logo on their website showing them as an accredited business. There have been a large number of complaints similar to mine. This thief needs to be shut down and charged.

We purchased two gazebo canopy replacement tops. First one purchased in April 2023. 2nd one purchased in May 2023. Order numbers for both are #****($79) and 9782($59). We were told by the company numerous times that there were delays that were pushing back our delivery date, due to these being "hot items"--this happened multiple times. After several months of waiting and not receiving our orders, we contacted the company to request a refund for both orders. On February 1, 2024, we received an email from a *********************** at the company(he is listed as the Director of Operations) explaining that he would get back to us in 24 to 48 hours with information regarding our refund status. He never got back to us. This was the last we heard from anyone at the company. We have placed countless calls, emails and letters to their site, and we have not received our money back(or the product ever delivered). At this point, the company has ghosted us--they are not returning our calls or emails, and no one answers their phone anymore when we call. Info on their website states business is located in **************, **, but they have a mailing address in ** to send them letters. We sent emails to *******************************Customer response

I ordered a lawn inflatable on 11/27/23 from mybouncehouseforsale.com and paid for it via Affirm in 4 equal payments. On 12/20/23, I emailed them asking for the status of my order, as I had received nothing. I was told it was out of stock and should be restocked after 12/30/23. On 1/15/24, I still didnt have it, so I requested a refund. I was told same day they woukd process my refund and I would get an email when I could expect the return deposit. I followed up again via email on 1/24/24 and 2/8/24. On 2/9/24, they said it was in process. I emailed again to follow up on my refund on 2/14/24 and 2/16/24, and on 2/16/24 they replied again it was still in process. I have now since emailed to follow up on 2/23/24, 2/27/24, 3/5/25, 3/7/24, 3/10/24 and 3/11/24 with no response. I also left a voicemail on 3/3/24 with no return call. I just want my money back.Customer response

I purchased an inflatable on 12/7/23 and was told it would be shipped the 20th of that month. By the middle of January I didn't receive anything so I asked for my money back and was told they would. It is now March 7 and no refund and they won't respond to me.Initial Complaint

Nov. 29, 2023 for $600 in full with mybouncehouseforsale.com.I purchased a bounce house for upcoming birthday parties. Estimated delivery was mid Dec 2023. Product never arrived. Contacted multiple customer service areas (phone chat email). All the answers I get was that someone would contact me. Someone finally says maybe it will be delivered Sept 2024. I ask for a refund. My refund never comes. I contact customer service. They said my refund is being processed and should take ***** and Ill should receive an email when it happens. Contact customer support again. They said they will check the refund status in ***** hours and get back to me. That was in early January. I have reached out multiple times, and now they are ignoring me. I purchased a bounce house on line. Within 10 minutes I realized it was too small for our event. I reached out and canceled the order. I originally went through Affirm for payments. I have sent you emails. I have tried since email and phone no longer getting response. Also made dispute with Affirm no luck. Have now made 4 payments on item never received.Initial Complaint

On February 7, 2023, I ordered a bounce house playground from this company. I was contacted the same day to let me know that the order would not be shipped until April 15. I confirmed that this was acceptable and to move forward with the order. On April 28, I contacted the company to inquire why I hadn't received a shipping confirmation. On May 1, *********************** replied apologizing for the delay and blaming the wait on worldwide delays. I again checked on the status on May 17, I was informed that the item had been pushed back to arrive at the warehouse by July 15 and would ship out the following day. On July 18, I asked for another update and received a similar run around as a reply on July 19. On September 8, I requested a refund as it had become obvious, I would never receive the product. On September 11, I was told the cancellation would be processed and I would receive an email confirmation once complete. After a few more requests for the confirmation, I received a response on September 29 stating the refund was still being processed and again on October 2, saying he was going to check the status. That was the last response. I emailed again on 10/3, 10/12, 10/18 and 10/19 and there has been no further replies from the company or any confirmation on my refund being processed. This company also falsely claims to be BBB accredited on their website.
