My tenant, *******************, stated that the AC for the condo at **** ******* ** unit *** Vienna Va *****, was out on 8/22/22. I called Consumer's Choice Inc to examine the issue based on a referral to by the ****** ***** Condo Association. The AC unit was replaced on 8/23/22 and immediately after they left, the tenant sent a text with a picture of a brand new scratch in the wood flooring near the thermostat. When I contacted the AC company on 8/24/22, they stated that they used a drop cloth where the scratch was identified. I spoke to John C***** and he said his manager would examine the unit on 8/26/22 (Friday). They neglected to show for the appointment on 8/26/22. When I called the AC company to inquire, they rescheduled his manager for Friday 9/2/22. Upon examination of the scratch, the manager told Lucas it must have been there prior to the AC replacement.
