Quality DME has provided my CPAP supplies for some years. In the past, they would contact me each time to gain my consent before sending new supplies. That has changed. The company now automatically sends them, without my consent, and then billing me and my insurance company accordingly. I have contacted them four times (twice by email, twice by US Post) asking them to stop sending me supplies without my explicit consent. Despite this, they continue to do so. On the last occasion, I made it clear I would not be paying for the supplies they sent, supplies I specifically said I did not want. I instead asked them to send me shipping information so that I could return the unwanted supplies. I further warned them that if they continued in this way I would file the appropriate complaints suggesting they are using predatory business practices by billing for for things I explicitly told them I did not want. Instead of sending the the necessary information so that I could return the unwanted supplies, they continue to bill me for them.
