In February of 2023, a headstone was ordered and paid for in full. They have been in business for 65 years and we trusted the process. We understood that it would take time for the headstone to be delivered and installed. After 17 months, they have yet to order the headstone and seem to have little urgency to do so. I was told that they have problems with suppliers, and there was COVID.. etc If they were not going to provide and fulfill our needs. Then calling and or refunding the payment should have been options.Business response

I spoke with Mrs. ******* this week and advised her that the memorial has been ordered. I had received a voice mail message from her today and attempted to call her back. The phone was picked up but no one spoke. I am in contact with my supplier requesting them to expedite this with a possibility to be shipped next week. I should know by Monday July 15, as to when the memorial will be completed and shipped. Once shipped we usually receive the order within 2-3 days. At the present time our only installation truck is in the shop and is expected to be repaired the first of the July 15 week. Once it is back we will be able to place the memorial. I told Mrs. ******* I would let her know once we have the stone as to what would happen at that point.
