Date of transactions 10/29 Began with $40 purchase of disposable vape pen Was texted to say their card machine was down and they required me to ***** the funds and provided the following email ****************************** there they told me the delivery driver would reach out and let me know when they should arrive. At this point they tell me there is a $20 delivery fee. I ***** the delivery fee. Next they tell me I now need a medical card for my order, this was not posted anywhere on their website and that I would have to pay an additional $100 for that. After much back and forth I pay the $100. They didn't show, I Text and they say they undercharged me and now require an additional $50 to be sent to another email ************************* I say this is now extortion and they say now we are a legitimate business. Never received any product from them. Overall they seems to be in the business of being thieves.Initial Complaint

I put in an online order around 7:30 PM for pick up time 7:30 - 8 PM same day. They close at 8. I arrived at 7:58 PM. They said they had no online orders ( I suspect they cancelled it.) After they saw that I was pulling up my order history and trying to show them my order (which was now missing,) one lady went in the back and printed a piece of paper showing my order for the next day. When I refreshed the order history the new order showed up. I drove an hour to get my order and was told they couldn't sell me anything. I know they don't like selling items close to closing because I have seen them turn away customers before around 7:50 PM. It is clear what they did. They wanted to go home early so they cancelled my order and went in their system and put a new one for the next day so they would have an excuse not to sell it to me the same day. Regardless I showed up before 8 so I should have been sold something.Their website automatically puts the order time for the closest time, which for me was 7:30 to 8 PM window. I never changed the order time. I told them I drove an hour and put the order for the 7:30 Pm to 8Pm window and they refused to sell me my order.I want compensation for my lost time and gas and the person who drove me, his time as well. If they advertise to close at 8 PM and I drive a long distance to pick up an order I expect service. Not sleazy tricks and excuses so they can go home early.
