  Run in the other direction. You will have nothing but headaches with this company. They will do everything in their power to scam as much money from you as possible. I hired this company to install structural support beams in my crawlspace as well as encapsulate it. The problems started immediately. First they scheduled the appointment for the work and 3 days before starting called up to tell me that they didnt have the materials so they needed to reschedule. Ok, fine things happen I guess. The next installation date comes and their work crew gets to my house and immediately tells me they need to charge me more money because my crawlspace had debris. Mind you when they quoted the job their sales rep went in my crawlspace and took pictures. Did he miss the debris? Did he intentionally ignore it to underbid the project? You know which one I think it is. Ohh but dont worry they are only going to charge me an additional $1700 instead of their standard $3500. Wow. Dont I feel special. Well they had me over a barrel so I agreed. They completed the job and left. Well a few months later I notice a mold problem in my crawlspace so I call out a mold expert who tells me that when you encapsulate a crawlspace you are supposed to close all of the exterior vents. Turns out they only closed 4 of the 6 most certainly contributing to the mold problem. Its actually part of the video they show you too. They need to close all of the vents. So I call them up and ask them to fix the problem. Mind you, I didnt ask them to fix the mold problem they caused. Just to close up the 2 vents they missed. Would they do it? For a fee of course. Why didnt they do the job properly the first time? Well its my fault according to them. I let them only bill me for 4 vents, because I am apparently the crawlspace expert in this transaction. Long story short I have to hire a reputable company to fix their mess.
