I ordered three copies of a book they sell. My cost was $59.00. My credit card was charged before I received the package. When I received the package there was only 1 book with an invoice that showed 3 of 3. The package only had room for the one book, I tried to contact the company via email and the only response I received was the order was filled. This occurred on Sep 6, 2022. After several additional attempts to reason with the company, I received no other responses. I ordered 3 copies as the author of the book was a dear friend who died 7 days before the book was released. The book is **** ******** by *****************. I wanted to give two of the books away. One to a relative who is close to dying. The book is excellent but....Business response

First, my profound apologies for sending only 1 of the three copies the customer ordered and paid for. I shipped a large number of backorder copies of this book in late August, and apparently made the mistake in the process. I also found that there were flaws in the customer messaging system (now fixed) which prevented the complaints from reaching me. The BBB letter triggered a review and I found the customers messages.
I am immediately shipping three copies of **** ******** to the customer via Priority Mail (Tracking number **********************) for arrival in 2-3 days. I owe the customer 2 copies and am including a third complimentary copy in view of their inconvenience. (It is Friday evening and the package will go to the Post Office tomorrow morning.)
