I brought my dog Winnie **** on 6/2/23 from a leg injury. I told the veterinary ******************** that I cant afford surgery or X-rays or a huge bill that he quoted $3000-4000 for surgery. I advised I cant afford that or any major bill. . He said he would take care of it. He only advised they would bill me for meds. He gave her a shot & did X-rays on his own. I didnt ask for that after I advised I couldnt afford it. I was made a homemade cast in the office for which I took off & gave back to him on the follow to visit on 6/9/23. He just looked at her said she was ok to heal on her own & put ointment on a bruise created by cast that he advised to use neosporin & said nothing about billing. I tried to call this office twice on 6/21/23 left messages with ************** after 215p. I called back 6/22/23 at 9am left message with *******. I havent received a call back on this bill. Its bad business to bring a pet & trust a business to say theyre going to help your dog & not charge but then get a bill for $284.25 for which the bill was original $364.25 & I paid $72 on first visit. ***** advised of any additional billing. If I owe a bill, I pay my debts off, but this *************** I didnt agree to. He said this in front of my 10 year old who also heard out conversation. I will find another reputable vet to do business with if this is how they handle business **** telling customers no billing but then turn around & send a huge bill for services he said hed cover. Also, Ill let family, ****************** partners know of this experience **** if its not resolved.Customer response
