Hello, I was a patient for several years until being switched to a different provider recently. The new provider was having a bad day and decided to discharge me without any notice or discussion. I have never failed a urine screen and am fully functioning, in large part due to the treatment I initially received from Harmony. However, the new provider went as far as to pretend to schedule a follow up appointment, then discharged me without warning or reason. She proceeded to refuse to call in the suboxone, yet called in a narcan prescription for me for some reason. I asked to go to a clinic to do the screening and I would pay for the service, but she refused to allow this. I am incredibly shocked by her behavior and do not understand how someone could behave this way. I felt it was important to relay this information, as this is the only negative experience I've had with bicycle health, yet it convinced me to seek tapering further elsewhere. Thank you for taking the time to read this message, I hope something can be done about that provider's poor social skills and decisions.

I filed a complaint here on BBB but I guess Bicycle Health ignored it. I was a client with them and despite my following all directions as were given me they consistently created several problems and all but ignored my complaints. In the end it became untenable and I was forced to leave from there Gross incompetence. Toward the end I explained to my counselor that it was ********* for them to regularly follow Federal Government guidelines and her response was amazingly childish. I explained that if they continue they could be reported to **** The ******** ****** *********t that regulates Healthcare business to make sure they stay compliant as to not bring avoidable harm to its patients. I later received a text message response from another lady who she reports to. This new person made me aware that she had read my complaints and apologized profusely for my counselors mistreatment of me and not addressing the issues. When I left I made it clear that I was not going to pay for services that were grossly incompetent and that I need any invoice they have for me. They informed on both recordings that I will not be charged. I wished them well because of the nice few that helped me. 6 months later they have began billing me! I'm glad I saved my records. There are a few other companies offering this help online but for now I advise staying clear of Bicycle Health! John

I was kicked out of the program due to their mistake of a missed payment. When I called them and they realized it was their mistake they re enrolled me but then tried to make me fill out re enrollment paperwork. When I reminded them it was their mistake they told me I wouldn’t have to fill out the paperwork even though it kept saying on the website i needed to fill it out. They finally took it off but proceeded to say I was going to have a “ re enrollment “ appointment. Now when I go to pay it keeps saying the payment is under review for March. There is no payment under review - I’ve paid it on time- plus this is June. March is long gone. I’ve contacted them 10 x so far and they keep saying the financial department will contact me. They never do. All they need to do is take that down. I can’t pay my actual bill coming up with that “payment under review” status. I will not be able to pay because Bicycle Health is so incompetent they can’t fix the simplest of issues and it causes you endless frustrating problems because of it. Now they might actually kick me out cause I can’t pay my bill because of something they have been “ working on “ but don’t seem to get around fixing. The incompetence is astounding! If I don’t get something done ASAP they would surely kick me out ( even if it’s because of them) but they can’t manage to fix the simplest of issues in an acceptable time frame. A lot of people rely on this medication or we can’t go on with our daily activities, we’d be too sick. It’s not a game. It’s all money for these people. It’s a shame they don’t have any reliable staff.

I was with Bicycle Health for a long time. There were many things that made me scratch my head, but the amount in which they do not care about the patient is at the top of the list. They will canceled my appointment and told me I would have to wait for 3 weeks to get my prescription. If you are on Suboxone then you know that being told you just going to have to wait 3 weeks is unacceptable. They will also not tell you that you have a UA. The only way to know is when they tell you that you missed it. After they do there scam UA that you were not aware of then they charge you more. They will also make a appointment at say 10am, but the doctor will not show up until well after 1030 and if you leave the zoom call then they charge you for a missed appointment it is very unprofessional and very dishonest. At Bicycle health there number one goal is to catch you doing something wrong. And in my case when you have over a year of documentation of no wrong doing they make something up and then charge you for it. An example of their commitment to incompetence they do not even have doctors for you to meet with. I only ever met with PAs who had no experience. If you take anything out of this post please avoid being treated like a child and find another doctor to go to. Bicycle Health charges *** * ***** I just found another place that is only *** and you actually talk to a doctor.
