            National Gutter Solutions has been the subject of a BBB advertising challenge referencing a logo violation on their website.

            The company's use of BBB Accreditation Online seal implies that they are affiliated with the Better Business Bureau, yet our records show that they are not a BBB Accredited Business. Their use of the logo without permission constitutes trademark infringement and is a violation of the trademark rights of the International Associations of Better Business Bureaus, Inc. (IABBB)

            Upon request from BBB, National Gutter Solutions has failed to remove the “BBB Accredited Business” seal from their website.

            On October 1, 2024, National Gutter Solution remove the BBB Accredited Business seal from their website.

            National Gutter Solutions have been the subject of a BBB advertising challenge that was brought to their attention by the BBB and references the company's advertisement on nationalguttersolutions.com September 3, 2024. Specifically, the company's claim, "We guarantee top-notch quality and ensure that National Gutter Solutions is the go-to choice for all your gutter needs" does not meet the BBB Code of Advertising Guidelines unless additional substantiating information is included. According to the guidelines advertisers should be aware that the terms and conditions of such claims must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed on all advertisements. BBB requested written clarification from the company on the specifics of their advertisement claim. To date, National Gutter Solutions has failed to respond to the BBB regarding this advertisement review challenge.
