on 09/20/22 I booked my event for 11/5/22 8p-12a. Was promised access to the building 2 hours before (6pm). I was told the event prior was ending at 4pm. I learn from his assistant that it was ending at 6pm. They assured me that they could have it cleared out and the space turned around by 6:15-6:30pm. "I have 8 people working that day. We will get it done fast." Day of event, I arrived at 6:25pm. Other party was still clearing out. They had until 7pm to clean up. At 6:48pm I text the office manager that the people were just leaving and that an older woman was now sweeping, another girl was on her phone. But no one else from the supposed crew of 8 was there.Ricky pulled up with chairs for the event after 7pm. My friends and family did the bulk of the set up because there was no sense of urgency on the part of Rickys workers. My family had to request things that were supposed to be included like chargers for the tables, chafing dishes, a cooler because their kitchen was non-functioning etc. Id given the assistant a set up diagram, they flipped it and everything was on the wrong side of the room. I paid to come into a room at 6:30pm that was completely set up and decorated. That did not happen.Food was served cold because they did not bring over the warmers I paid for and claimed they didnt know they were mine. I didnt get them until well after 10pm.Bathrooms had no toilet paper/paper towels. Venue was not "cleaned", except a quick sweep. There was trash in the back and dirty dishes in the kitchen that my family had to ask them to get rid of. $150 charge for security (I was serving alcohol). He was almost 2 hours late because he was working at the other venue. Did not provide the centerpieces that I was promised. Did not set enough tables/seating for 75 people..not even 50. I had to ask the assistant for more chairs but they never came.I missed the start of my event because waiting for building access
