The driver was super communicative. Let me know exactly where he was during the time leading up to his arrival.He was very helpful getting the stuff down and putting it in the location where it needed to be unloaded. The materials were in very good condition. There was some damage and scuffing to the boxes with small scuffs on a little of the product but nothing that affected its overall look or functionality in the slightest.Overall, it was an excellent experience

Called ahead to schedule. Estes was great at putting my products on a box truck instead of 52ft trailer because I live in the country. Products was delivered on time and without damage. Very pleased to say the least!Estes Express Lines Response
