This company installed a dehumidifier in our crawl space a few years ago. It’s still under warranty. The dehumidifier isn’t working properly so the company had a new one sent to our house, and they said they would come and install it after it arrived. On July 7, 2023 the new dehumidifier arrived. I emailed and texted the company owner, John Whitaker to let him know it arrived. It is now Aug 30 and the company hasn’t returned any of my texts, emails or voicemails to come install the dehumidifier. I texted/emailed/left voicemails over nine times. I then contacted the corporate headquarters ###-###-#### and told them I need help with this local agent. I called Corporate at least 7 times and each time they said someone would get in touch with me and resolve my problem. No one ever called me back nor resolved my problem. I asked the Corporate office to connect me with a regional supervisor or leadership and each time they said they can’t connect me. They said they can only send an email and mark the email “urgent”. I also called GHS agents in ********, ******* and ***** ********. They all said they’d call me back and help get this resolved. No one ever called back. The dehumidifier is too heavy for me to install and the paperwork says it has to be installed by a qualified technician in order to maintain the warranty. Otherwise, I would just install it and be done with this problem. I just need the new dehumidifier installed and hooked up.
