Ive been on this earth for 41 years and have never came across customer service that was this terrible. ***** (owners son) came over and fried the new circuit boards to my dryer and said he had to order new ones. Then proceeded to take my old boards. 8 weeks later, no working dryer, parts still do not work, and havent received my refund of $600. They said **** business days and its day 12. 10 out of 10, I do not recommend.Update: ***** came by and installed my old boards check the pictures out.Initial Complaint

Description of Complaint:Ducks sent technicians out to install a dishwasher in July of this year. About a month later I noticed a strong moldy smell coming from the dishwasher area and called them back out to check the installation to find the leak. The technician they sent out (not the same as the ones who installed) took about 5 minutes to poke around, declared that the leak was not caused by the installation, told me to call a plumber because the leak may be under the sink, and tried to charge me $135 for the pleasure of his service. I refused and called the office to explain why. I then had a trusted plumber come out only to be told that he could physically see where the mold was right next to the dishwasher. I then called Ducks again and they said I should call the dishwasher manufacturer because it must be a faulty dishwasher and refused to send someone else out unless I paid the original $135 fee which I refused to do. They told me they would come out if Maytag authorized the repair so I spent the next few weeks working with Maytag to do this. When I called Ducks back with the repair authorization they would not take my calls or return messages from me. I let Maytag know what was going on and they sent a repair person of their own to check out the situation. That person then took pictures of where the leak was and surprise, it's right at the installation line. Additionally, now that this has been happening for months, I have a rotten, moldy subfloor to deal with because the issues were ignored. Most recently I received a letter from the *** stating that they are not taking responsibilty even though the heard directly from the Maytag repair man that this issue was caused by the install.Customer response
