      Poor Customer Service/Poor Communication Owner thinks he’s too important to take customer calls directly. He thinks he’s running $* ******* company. Ordered Deck furniture late spring they told us they indicated 4 to 6 weeks. They should’ve said 4 to 6 months actually it took nearly 3months to get them the items. They indicated a few times that the product had actually shipped when you asked for a tracking number you find out it didn’t ship just absolutely poor communication. Poor follow up and the owner should be ashamed of himself. He thinks he’s too important to talk to customers that’s how you lose business!

      Just had East Coast Leisure installation replacement pool cover. They quoted a competitve price and delivered on schedule. Installation was quick and the cover fits perfectly. Renee kept us up to date on delivery and was pleasant to work with. Would use this company again without hesitation. Tom Moran

      I would really like the owner of this company to call me. I have a hot tub that was made during 2020 during Covid and all of the insides are rotting and coming out through all of the jets I have already spoken to the people on the sales team there and nobody is really willing to help

      I spoke to Ms. **** today. We are scheduling a service call. The tech will inspect the spa with her present, to identify the cause of her concerns so we can resolve them.

      The manager Todd was knowledgeable about hot tubs and did a great job helping with choosing which tub was right for me but the following is why I feel they only deserve one star.
      1. They sell you a "package deal" with the accessories you choose so all of the money on the invoice is under the hot tub. The accessories are listed but marked as no charge so if you do not want any of the items you can return them but cannot get any money back if you return them even though they could still sell them and get money for them.
      2. While making my decision on a tub and finalizing stuff I told them my deck was tall and gave them measurements and the people that do the delivery were there and the salesman Todd and I spoke with them and they said it would be no problem to get it up to that height deck but would just need 4 guys. Once they finally called to set up delivery they said I would need a crane at my expense to get the hot tub on my deck. I can understand for larger tubs this is the case but I got a smaller 3 person tub and they assured me I wouldn't need anything like this. I feel I was lied to just so I would sign off on getting the hot tub. So finally I decided to just pick the hot tub up myself and get it in place to avoid these people lying to me and their poor customer service anymore. I picked my hot tub up and it was in place and being filled with water by me and a couple of friends within an hour.

      2. Also I was told I would be called that same day to get my delivery set up. I didn't get a call for 4 days and that was only after I sent two emails and called twice to see why nobody had called me like I was told.
      I would not recommend a company that lies and makes false promises to anyone.

      I have spoken to the people that were involved in Mr. ******** purchase and delivery. The product that Mr ******* wished to return is part of a package and we do not break parts of the package out for refunds, however in an effort to come to a resolution, we would be open to offering an in store credit for the **** which is the what we consider the to be the itemized discounted value of that piece of equipment in the package.
      I am told that when Mr. ******* was in the process of purchasing, one of our installers happened to be in the showroom. Based on the description of the installation, the installer said that it sounded like it would be deliverable without a crane. However, we still state on our hot tub guideline that it may require a site inspection to determine weather or not a crane is required. We offered to send a delivery person out to inspect the location but I am told Mr. ******* declined the request and sent pictures instead. Based on the pictures we decided that since it was going up several levels of steps, it was not safe for our crew to deliver without a crane. In the past, similar delivers have caused damage to the hot tub, deck, and potential injury. Mr ******* decided at that time to handle the installation himself and while he was frustrated with this outcome, our delivery department apologized for the misunderstanding and we were under the impression that he was OK with the outcome.
      I am also told that we did respond to his email in a timely manner, we are not sure why it was not received. If there is anything we can do to assist or make good pleased let me know and we will try to come to an agreement.
