If you are currently considering The Select Group as your management company, I strongly urge you to reconsider your decision. My experience with The Select Group was profoundly disappointing. Never before have I encountered such consistent levels of unprofessionalism and poor communication as I did during my time with this management company. The majority of the employees I interacted with were both negligent and incompetent, with the Director of Community Management being the most notable example. Furthermore, their business practices and financial accounting methods were questionable, at best. To worsen matters, I observed a clear absence of attentiveness and initiative on the part of the owners when it came to addressing the recurring grievances that were brought to their attention. With all things considered, I wholeheartedly advise that, if you are in need of a management company for your community, you thoroughly research and consider alternative options before hiring The Select Group.Review from Kevin I

The Select Group in my experiences has been highly unprofessional. The manner in which they conduct business, communication and payments is poor and unacceptable in a professional setting with client/customer relations. They have been unhelpful at best and negligent at worst in providing me the services that I pay for upfront. Their scope of services is poor and they are unable to provide these services in any capacity I would deem acceptable. This has led directly to delaying my home repairs on my townhouse which is currently suffering water damage. The Select Group and the HOA for my townhouse they manage are by no means competent or trustworthy in any setting or business environment.

The Select Group only entered into a management contract with **** ****** Landing on January 1, 2022. Your Association is in the middle of a recladding project which is currently at the end of the 3rd Phase. Your home is located in Phase 5 which is not due to commence until 2023.
In reviewing our computerized phone log and work order systems, there is no of you contacting our office regarding on going water intrusion. Based on the above, a work order has been issued and a contractor will be reaching out to you in the near future. Please be advised that management nor the association has control over the time frame in which the contractor will contact you. As in every industry, contractors are having difficulty in finding reliable and viable employees.
On all of our email communication and also on our website, there is a blurb at the bottom that states that if you have received less than excellent service to please contact Jill ******** at ***************@theselectgroup.us. In the future, should you have concerns that are not being promptly handled by your management team, please reach out to me to avoid any delays.
