      I bought a dresser and bed from this company on March 10, 2022 I received everything by March 15th. The dresser was fine but the bed's legs were defective, so I couldn't assemble the bed. I contacted the company and they were prompt with my inquiry and sent the replacement parts... a surprise when I just received two legs instead of the four; one of the legs belong to a different size bed (it was labeled), color was totally off but I told the company that did not matter as long as it fit properly. Once again they sent the other two legs missing but I received one that was already sent and not the one missing... after 20 days I still not able to assemble the bed, pieces all over my apartment and my mattress on the floor. I opened a third claim and I was told through email that they do not understand why I keep receiving the wrong parts and to send once again pictures. I responded to the email same day (as I did from day one with pictures and explanations) and this is my third day no one responded back to me anymore. I said to the company that they are putting together a Frankenstein bed for me, and since I am not able to put it together yet I don't know what would it be the result. It seems that they don't have the pieces or not willing to change my bed but this needs to stop, the charge was already running on my credit card and paying for It, the least they can do is to finish the job or give me my money back. They can pick up every single piece that is in my apartment anytime I just need to be done with the mess.

      Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2022/04/19) */ Thabk you for your help with this matter. The business sent the two legs within 5 days and finally got my bed fix. I didnt heard a word from them just the package arrived. I would like to close the case and thank you once again for your help
