I visited Dogsburg Grooming Shoppe today and just love all of the employees. They take such wonderful care of my two dogs and they get so excited when I tell them they are going there. Cricket, my Yorkie, has been with Jenny since she was a puppy and now my Doxie, Britta, is getting spoiled at the "beauty parlor". They always come home looking and smelling wonderful. I would only entrust Dogsburg Grooming with my dogs. They truly care about their pet customers and their human ones too.

LOVE Jenny and the rest of her crew at Dogsburg Grooming! Three years ago, I brought my 6mos old cocker spaniel to Jenny based on a dog trainer's recommendation. My dog had been taken from her litter at only 5 weeks old and was very nervous and frightened of everything and everybody. From the get go, Jenny was gentle, loving and caring. In a matter of minutes, Rosie allowed Jenny to comfort and soothe her anxiety. Before covid started, I would sit on the sofa while Rosie was being groomed and observed Jenny's firm and gentle touch. Her attention to detail and observations of Rosie's health and behavior earned my trust as well. She always takes the time to explain any concerns and make recommendations based on her many years of experience. I greatly appreciate and value the relationship we enjoy with Jenny which is a good thing since Rosie gets groomed every 5-6 weeks! xoxoDogsburg Grooming Shoppe, LLC Response

Jenny & her staff are excellent. I love the quality of service & the exceptional care . i would recommend her highly. I won't take my dogs anywhere but Dogsburg. I have been a very satisfied customer of this groomer for over 17 years. I highly recommend her and her business. The owner and staff at Dogsburg Grooming Shoppe are wonderful. While I'm there picking up my dogs, I get to see them interact with the dogs they are grooming. I completely trust anyone of them with my girls. They are all amazing. She was so kind and gentle with my two order dogs that had a lot of health issues. That kind treatment meant so much to me. She always does a great job on my little ones even when they don't keep still. Always greets with a smile and asks how I want them cut today. She knows how picky I am with my girls. Always satisfied with the cuts. She provides helpful tips on how to care for their coats to avoid cutting a little shorter because of matting. Matting can be very uncomfortable for dogs as it pulls their skin. I drive 42 minutes one way just to visit this shop. That's what I think of this GREAT business. I have been taking my dogs to Jenny for almost 20 years, having followed her wherever she worked, until she eventually established her own business. She has taken care of my many dogs over the years, from puppies to senior "citizens", and there is no one I would trust more with my special family members. My son and his wife, as well as several of my co-workers bring their dogs to her Shoppe and are very pleased as well. We have 4 Australian Labradoodles, a Golden Retriever, a Golden Doodle and a Havanese between all of us. If I could give Dogsburg Grooming 10 stars, I would plus more. I have followed Jenny for 12 years who groomed my beautiful Yorkie Trixy. I live 35 minutes away but the travel time is so worth it as I have never had an issue and Trixy always came out looking beautiful and happy. Trixy passed ** May but now I have Trinley who I will entrust her grooming needs to Jenny and Dogsburg Grooming. If you want caring individuals grooming your dog, this is definitely the place to go.
