On 2/08/2022 a technician came from Appliances Repairs Inc., to diagnose check and repair our dishwasher. He said the circuit board needs to be replaced and will take 3-5 days to arrive. We paid the $69.95 service fee and authorized the repairs for a total of $369.2/14/2022 the technician came back and replaced the circuit board and charged us $299.00.2/19/2022 the dishwasher stopped working and we called Appliances Repairs again.2/22/2022 the technician returned, checked the dishwasher and said they need to order another board.3/1/2022 the technician returned, worked on the machine and said he replaced the board, but the machine is still not working. He said he could replace the other board in the dishwasher, but the control panel might crack. Or it might be some ground fault, but it would be cheaper to just buy another dishwasher. He left the machine with standing water inside.3/2/2022 I called Appliances repair to ask if they install dishwashers and was told they do not resell nor install appliances. I asked about their 90 day labor & parts warranty and that's when I started getting the run around.The man on the phone said their office told me they were not responsible. When I reminded him of their warranty, he said he will check with his billing department and call me in the morning. When I asked for his name, he said "Bob" and would not give a last name.3/3/2022 when I did not get a call, as promised, I called back. The same man started arguing that they are not responsible. When I persisted, he put me on hold to talk to a superior. He came back and said, "you'll be getting $100 refund". I told him that was not acceptable and reminded him of theiri stated warranties. I told him that if he does not help me resolve the matter, I will have to file a complaint with the BBB or go to court. He then said his boss will be back by 1 or 1:30pm and will call me. I replied I am looking forward to talking to his boss. No one has called me back.
