On Sunday, October 22nd, 2023 around 1am, AAA contacted Boondocks Motors to request towing service. To transport my car in excess of the 100 mile allowance through AAA, I would need to pay $250.00 ($5.00x50 miles). Boondocks sent a payment link for me to pay the balance through Square. They promised to arrive within 2-3 hrs to arrive around 4am. At 4 am Boondocks had not arrived. Boondocks was contacted. I told them no one arrived. No concern was displayed over the fact the driver had not arrived. 2 hours passed and I called again. When I told the dispatcher the driver had not come, he replied okay & that hed give the driver a call. He thought he hung up the phone but didnt. He fell asleep & was snoring for 45 MINUTES. I called AAA on a second phone & placed him on speaker so they could hear. AAA tried calling at that time but no success. At 10:31 am AAA called to say that Boondocks was finally sending a driver but at 10:00 am I received a call from the original towing company that AAA contacted 18 HOURS PRIOR!!! I made several attempts to reach Boondocks around 11:30 am on Sunday, October 22nd, 2023. I called back-to-back until someone answered the phone so that I could request a refund. I spoke to the owner T***. He said, he would process a refund. Mysteriously though, at 12:17pm Sunday afternoon, I received a call from the employee G***. G*** explained he was on his way to my car but was still 40 minutes AWAY arriving around 1pm!I explained my car was picked up at 11am by another tow company. Prior to G*** calling, I had spoke to T*** about refunding my money. He had just finish towing a car to *******, **. I explained T***** needed to provide a refund, he replied T**** was complaining that he would not take a $250 loss out of his own pocket. He was insinuating that it was not his (T**) fault that they lost the business of my car needing to be towed. G*** commented that he wasnt paying for the loss either!Business response

Refund was issues I had never said I would not issue a refund so where that came from I have no clue
