After making MULTIPLE REQUESTS with NO RESPONSE from Danforth Pewter, I want the UNSOLICITED emails and US MAIL communications to STOP IMMEDIATELY.I *NEVER* requested to be included on any email or US Postal Mail lists.I have written SEVERAL TIMES to Danforth Pewter to be removed from their email marketing lists AND their US Mail Catalog/Marketing lists. I have never received a response.I made the MISTAKE of making ONE PURCHASE from this company and have regretted it ever since. The emails and mailings are relentless and I want them to stop immediately.Customer response

Greetings,
The individual submitting the complaint is in our email database under ******************. That email address unsubscribed on November 30, and only ever received two marketing emails at that email address, both on November 30, prior to unsubscribing. In addition, the customer was immediately added to our do not mail list upon request. All of our seasonal catalog mailings had been sent prior to the time we received the customer's complaint. If he received this year's catalog mailings, he will not receive next year's or any other future mailings.

Better Business Bureau:
I tentatively accept this resolution with the reservation that if any further Email or US Postal Mail correspondence is received, I will file another complaint.It has been my experience that Danforth Pewter lacks good customer service and it is my opinion that they are a company of low integrity.
