  I was notified that a lien request was placed on my primary residence and recorded in the Rockingham Land Records. The lien request to be placed on my home you listed the amount as $4,115.15. There are several discrepancies that I have attempted to address with him and his office manager. 1.On November 17, 2021 I spoke with his office manager, ****, by phone who quoted me verbally $3,000.00 for the repair. I then messaged ************** on ******** Messenger to discuss this quote to which he replied that the cost would be less if we can pull it under the road it should come in significantly cheaper I told you that we could not afford that much money, again $3000.00. (Exhibit 1)2.On November 20, 2021 I received an invoice in the amount of $4,455.83, this is $1,455.83 higher than the highest estimate I was quoted. (Exhibit 2)3.On November 29, 2021 I asked why the **** was so much, and told that you were not charged for hay, seed or Joshs labor I was in fact charged for the labor for the hay and seed, both of which I did not authorize and both of which I was told I would not pay for. (Exhibit 3) 4.On November 30, 2021 I was told that the move time in the amount of $110.00 would be removed from the invoice. (Exhibit 4)5.On November 30, 2021 it was also confirmed the line WAS pulled under the road, therefore the invoice should be less that the $3000.00 estimate I was given. (Exhibit 5)6.On June 14, 2022 I was told that interest would not be changed, yet on both the invoice and the lien request I am charged $359.32 in interest . Also per the invoices ****, ***** etc there was no change in amount due. If the original invoice was the absolute highest that I was quoted at $3000.00, $110.00 was to be removed (Ex. 4) hay and seed I did not authorize in the amount of $325.00 (Ex. 3) and needs to be removed, I have paid $700.00 (Exhibit 6) the balance should be at the most $1,865.00 if not less since the line was pulled under the road.
