I was double charged for a flower arrangement. I contacted owner to let her know and she said she would get back to me I needed to speak to the bookkeeper. After a few weeks no phone calls so I called again and she said she would reverse the charges this was in December. I still have not received my money yet. Ive tried dozens of times to call left dozens of messages and no one has contacted me yet. I even went as far as knocking on the door of the business in the home and nobody answered. I would like to have the money they took from me returned ASAP
