NW Pond and Landscape came to my home to diagnose and repair a koi pond filter/pump issue. He replaced a pipe with a different diameter one and was very helpful in person. The flow returned very forcefully at first, but within months stopped working entirely. Multiple calls and emails have been ignored.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction was November 2, 2022. NW Pond and Landscape installed a new pump and ** filter for our backyard waterfall and pond. The cost of the project was $2870.79. During a cold weather front in December of 2022, the cover for the ** Filter cracked and it caused a leak. This rendered the ** Filter and pump to be non functional. We have contacted NW Pond and Landscape. *************************, the proprietor stated that he would order a new cover and fix the issue. Since then, he has not responded to our emails, phone calls or messages. We are not asking for a refund and are willing to pay for repairs since it was the weather that caused the damage. However, he has chosen to ignore our requests for help. Thus, the new system that was installed 2 months is no longer functional.
