I found this service online for visits. The owner ***** told me it would cost ***** dollars for an intake appointment. I paid ***** but I said I want to go with another company. She then told me that I cant get a refund because there was no other services but hers. I never met her in person once. She asked me for ***** I gave it to her she never performed any service at all. I was scammed out of my money.Initial Complaint

I am concerned with the professionalism and biased ethics of this company. I have been told I am purposely violating a court order when the time stated to be there at 4 PM, The transporter had her child with her during a supervised transfer the nature of this is about sexual abuse and domestic violence. The father has picked the children up 0.2 miles from my home. The messages are condescending and inappropriate. My children deserve confidentiality. I have messages stating I have been difficult after I accommodated a different time. I have been asking for a consistent time the other time 11-3. ***** knowing the visits take place on the weekend has sent a text stating they can be picked up from daycare knowing they are not able to use weekday visits. The visits were confirmed in a certain place and then after I brought up the employees' children being there, she changed the visits place out of anger.Customer response

After i went to the confirmed visitation place. I called and said i was there. *************************** got on ******** phone the tra sporter. I stated i was at the confirmed loacation. She said i was in violation despite being at the confirmed place. After she sent me a mesaage stating im condescending, toxic etc. Again no response from me. I left the place after she said the appropriate parties would be notified of the missed visitation. She texted me to let me know she knew of my location at ********* when no visit was happening. Thats unprofessional and strange for someone to inform me of the location i am at with my children I have someone else who has had simular interactions with her i can provide their contact info as well. Its unprofessional. My childrens hippa information is also being violated with workers of hers whos children are present during the exchange.Customer response

Here is the location that she wants me to meet at and the **********. There is no way to see my car at the ********** access the intersection on thr private Street to where i am now meeting. I am uncomfortable meeting down a one way road and no one is around. There will be contact with the father waiting at the gas station and him turning at that lighting. She would need to be in ********** in the community to watch me in the community. There is no visiting center. It's ************** down a one Street road.

Here are the cps reports made after my complaint to the bbb. This complaint was made on 3/3/24 but dates for the incident where *************************** told me I was at ********** when the visit was canceled.

On 3/14/2024 I was contacted by Abound visitstion ***************************. Due to being retaliated on on 3/3/24 I said I would meet to transfer the children at the police station or a public place due to safety reasons of breaking a protection order due to contact between dad and myself due to not staggering visits between dad and myself. .*************************** wrote an email to me and the attorney stating I am sending spies around. This has become unsafe unprofessional, lies and I am concerned for my safety. My concerns are of the professionalism of ***************************.Business response
