was told the vehicle i test drove and was purchasing was a plug in hybrid. paid the value of a plug in hybrid. people falling all over themselves to make the purchase work. get the car home and the next day can’t find the charging cable or figure out how to plug it in. reached back out to the dealership to ask and was told it’s not a phev, just a hybrid. and it’s my issue that i didn’t understand what i was buying. drove it back and left it at the dealership today. supposedly the only person that can do anything to rectify this is the gm and he’s on vacation. sales person had said he talked to the gm who agreed to put me in a new phev and they would take the hit on it. manager onsite said no. also said these things happen. no word on when someone will speak to me about it, but was told the gm is gone for the next week.

I would also give this dealership a 0 stars if possible. They have screwed me over countless times. I start with the purchase of the car. They pulled the bait and switch tactic on me. The sales manger told me to f*** off and he was done with me. Secondly the service department could not explain to me why a bad coil pack in my car was broken clean in half. The breaks in my car had to be replaced 20, 000 miles before they should have and now a year later I have to replace them again. I took my car in 6 weeks ago where I was informed everything in the car mechanic was fine and now I am being told my breaks and my belts and my AC compress is seeping and the rest all have to be done. Seriously avoid this dealer ship. They also don't like it when women know more about cars then they do.

I would leave zero stars if possible. This dealership should be shut down. Selling vehicles way over **** and hiding hidden cost. I agreed to the cost and signed it and finance had different numbers. I bought 2 vehicles the same day and both are negative because of the **** overage.

Committed fraud upon the purchase vehicle I got from them. They sold me a car (2017 KIA ****** that was way over the market value and did so with these hidden fees and not fully explaining how some of these options was a choice. They also fiancee the car in a different county that was not theirs. When trying to negotiate of sending the car back to them to my lienholder demand, they refuse to talk any further and sent me certain demanding threating text messages as well.

Our car got broken into twice.The second time *********** got ** in right away.After *********** having our car for over thirty days, giving us the run around about when the car would be repaired and not giving us updates in a timely manner. Always, he's with a customer, he will call you back. They never return phone calls until you have to call them again and again.We were only supposed to pay a $500.00 deductible after insurance paid our claim, having to be told the day to bring our car home. Oh yeah, you can't drive it home because you need to buy a new battery. After *********** having our car for over thirty days couldn't mention that any sooner than the day we are going to get our car.Having paid the deductible and $250.00 for a battery, he then tells us we can't drive the car because your alternator is shot. Again when our car is ready.Had a conversation with the ******* manager who is very rude thinks our insurance carrier should pay for the battery. *** then wanted to charge us $700 and some change to put an alternator in. When kia ******* department had our car for more than thirty days.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE UNTRUSTWORTHY GIVES YOU THE RUN AROUND AND CHARGES OUTRAGEOUS FEES TO FIX YOUR CAR TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY

This car dealership uses shady tactics in negotiating and financing. Ive bought multiple cars from them but I the latest purchase they showed me one price in negotiation which we agreed on. In finance the car sale price didnt match. When I asked about it they claim they never made the deal and showed me a signed document which wasnt what we agreed to or signed. Their exact trick I am not sure but I can tell you it was intentional on their part and it was made even more obvious based on the careful language the sales manager used when confronted.I wouldnt do business with them but if you do, take a photo of any agreed pricing document.

The worst car purchase experience ever. I drove 1 1/2 hours for a vehicle that they said was there. When i arrived I was promised the vehicle at some point in time. The salesman new i had Cancer and we were tired and wanted to eat he kept saying it was gonna happen. I was exhausted and caved to a lower trim after 6 to 8 hours. Since that time the Niro has had a fire underneath the backseat. which was started by poor ******* from **** The ******* location was able to resolve and admitted it was a KIA ******* issue. Now they are saying this his a high theft vehicle. They said it was theft protected. I have the sticker on the window still. Now I ask them and they say figure it out. No solution but to buy another vehicle. Other dealerships are at least giving steering wheel locks.I had a friend who went same week and the salesman was supposed to acknowledge the person who refereed me. She got tons of rebates and coupons I got stuck with a theft ridden fire starting death machine. The dealership never contacted me on this
