By way of history, I in entered into business with Banzai International, Inc through their product Demio on January 11, 2022.At that time I paid $831 for a full year of the service.On March 17, 2022, I requested to stop the service as I was no longer using it.On that day I spoke to customer service agent "*****" who told me he would cancel my account at "the end of the current period."I requested that the remaining balance of the year be reimbursed for services not used. He refused and said that I would need to finish up the year. Their website states: "Can I cancel at any time?Absolutely! If youre not happy with Demio, you can leave at any time."I would just like to get a reimbursement of the months I haven't used.Business response

Thank you notifying us of this complaint. We apologize for the delay in a response, our response required time to investigate the full history of the interaction. We take the complaint very seriously and confirm we did receive a message via chat requesting a refund.
We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and we rectified the situation via chat. The refund request was escalated to a senior manager on March 18th, 2022 (see attached). The BBB complaint was issued March 21st, 2022.
As you can see from the screenshot of the last interaction, Banzai issued a prorated refund and we were thanked for the assistance.We would appreciate the opportunity to work through the complaint further. Let us know what we can do.
